1.1 Layaa Cakes reserves the right to update, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted at our shop or communicated through our official channels. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Changes will take effect immediately after posting, and all subsequent orders will be bound by the updated terms.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all products and services offered by Layaa Cakes. If there is any conflict between these Terms and other notices or policies, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1.3 Layaa Cakes will only use personal information provided by customers (such as name and contact details) for the purpose of processing and fulfilling their orders.

1.4 A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right to enforce any of its terms.

1.5 This agreement represents the entire understanding between Layaa Cakes and the customer. It replaces all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral.

Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate and valid contact details (phone number and/or email) when placing an order. Layaa Cakes accepts no liability for failure to contact a customer due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.

Customers must carefully check their invoice and confirm that all details (cake type, size, flavor, date of collection, and personalized message, if any) are correct.

Since Layaa Cakes does not provide delivery services, customers are responsible for collecting their orders from our shop in GDh. Gadhdhoo at the agreed time.

Layaa Cakes is not responsible for cakes not collected on the agreed date and time. Late collections may affect the quality of the cake, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Customers are responsible for ensuring any personalized message is correct. Layaa Cakes will not be liable for spelling, grammar, or formatting errors provided by the customer.

Collections

All orders must be collected from Layaa Cakes, GDh. Gadhdhoo, at the agreed time.

If an order is not collected on time, Layaa Cakes is not obliged to refund or replace the product.

Customers are advised to handle cakes carefully after collection, as Layaa Cakes will not be responsible for any damage caused during transport or handling once the cake has left the shop.
